1. Service Description
Executive Transportation Monterrey provides private executive transportation services in Monterrey, the metropolitan area, airport transfers, and out-of-town trips, subject to prior reservation.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended, especially for special services. The information provided by the client must be accurate and complete.
3. Payments
Accepted payment methods may include cash, bank transfer, or card, depending on availability. Payment must be made according to what was agreed at the time of booking. If an invoice is required, it must be requested following the instructions provided by the administrative area.
4. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice may incur charges. Schedule or route changes are subject to availability. Delays attributable to the client may affect the service.
5. Use of the Service
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or illegal substances inside the vehicles is strictly prohibited. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. The driver may cancel the service if safety is compromised.
6. Liability
Transporte Ejecutivo Monterrey is not responsible for delays caused by external conditions such as traffic, weather, or road closures.
7. Lost Items
We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicles; however, support will be provided to assist in their recovery whenever possible.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be available on this website.
